"by far the worst store in the country. click and click not ready, paid for click and collect not in stock lol. 1 or 2 staff on tills but 4 tills plenty of warehouse staff but no action."

"Would rather spend my time in prison than visit this place. Never any parking, shop always busy with 1 member of staff on front desk. If there is ever 2 people then one of them has just started and knows nothing as is pointless being there. Service is awful, staff are slow and unhelpful. Should take no more than 15 minutes to come in and collect parts. Also the same at most other stores !"

"Bad place.less trained staff..no concept of click and collect.. After placing order online and also paid but still in the wue for 45 minutes..when I ask what the point to place the order online and still waiting..for an hour. ...same as ppl were in the que for the purchase in-store. Staff not friendly. No apology for.lobg ques. Especially ladies staff focusing on their beauty and other instead of focusing and hoping the customer.. Never place order online.. Poor customer services"

"Very slow service. Only one person in the till and take for ever to serve one. There are staff going in and out from Wearhouse but don't bother serving the customers in a ling queue ! Next time I'd choose a different store."
