"I ordered a grill last year, the grill turned up in correct from what i ordered. The time i went to fit it, it was past the due date for a refund. They then agreed to refund me after a few emails i had to put together which was a waste my valuable time ,only to have the the grill damaged by evri in the return post. If i received the correct item, which i ordered in the first instance, i wouldn’t be £250.00 out of pocket. My advise would be ,steer clear of this company and order off a more reputable site. The customer service was pretty rude and stand off ish too. Live and learn."
