"Was shopping with my Son for a settee for his first home . Was asked if we needed any help on measurements as we had spotted a corner sofa we liked , Paul went above and beyond helping choose fabrics and giving different options , even asking to see the lounge and suggesting the corner going the other way which made sense . Paul even looked through smaller items as the sofa was only £5 off been able to save another £50 with the offer that was on so ended up with a super clock that only cost £5 , also enjoyed. Nice coffee and hot cookie . Paul Jackson deserves a shout out for his customer service"

"Do not buy from here. I purchased a table and 4 chairs last year, October. They arrived in January which was great. I loved them. Until I noticed that one of the padded seats had come away from the back in March. I contacted the store but communication was poor and it took 3 weeks for someone to contact me. Once I’d sent the photos through to customer service I had to wait for the manufacturer. One month later they agreed it was faulty. I am still waiting for the chair to be replaced. It is now 8 weeks I have been waiting. Yet again I had to contact customer service to be told I needed to give it 2 more weeks. Please please do not buy from Furniture Village. Their customer service is atrocious."
