“Stuart fitted a loft hatch & ladders for us & we were very happy with the end result. Stuart is very polite, listens to your requirements & makes practical suggestions. His work was to a very high standard & we now have easy access to some much needed additional space in our loft. We have previously used Westwood Furniture to make innovative use of an old airing cupboard. He was able to convert this from being an outward facing storage room on our landing to a brilliant slide door cupboard in the parallel bedroom. This bedroom was a box room so the additional space was again very much appreciated & useful as was the design. On both occasions Stuart has been fully open to suggestion & gives you options so you can consider the best way forward. He is an extremely honest individual & I would not hesitate to use him on our next project, whatever that may be!”

He spent time ensuring I was happy with everything before finalising. Delivery was punctual and was placed in my home with great care. The installation team was excellent. “Have never had any issues really. I think the place does what it says on the tin. I'm not looking for silver service, I'm looking for what I need - whether that be timber, paint or masking tape! And it's all easy to find and well laid out. I think the new self-service tills are much needed. I notice someone has commented about not being able to scan larger items, but there is a pull out barcode scanner making it easy to scan larger items, so perhaps they ought to try that next time... And if you struggle, ask for help! They're not going to say no.”
