"Had an appointment today and was kept waiting for 25 minutes. I arrived on time. When I went to speak to reception I was told my dentist had an emergency appointment in. Firstly I think I should have been informed on arrival that I would have a wait. Secondly an emergency patient should be fitted in when there is a gap between booked appointments. Leanna was her usual pleasant self and I was made to feel at ease. As patients are paying a lot for treatment, we should be treated better."

A lovely environment and decor, friendly and knowledgeable reception team and my dentist Dr Jack Dixon was great and really took the time to explain things to me and put me at ease.
