"Making an appointment by phone to this surgery is like trying to get through to our Prime Minister. Announcing that you are 2nd in in line - after 15 minutes it then announces you are now 5th in the queue and so and so on. All this and "The Can Can" continually blaring down your phone. One disgraceful set-up."
"The Staff at the reception does not know who works there. The Dr himself had to come to reception to grab me, after pleading with the receptionists for 5 minutes whether I am at the right address or not. Pathetic and unprofessional"

"This has to be the worst dentist. My 7 year old has been waiting for a filling since January. Every time she gets an appointment they cancel it. You can't get through on the phone because they don't answer the phone. The girl actually told me that they try not to answer the phones.
