Payment was taken at time of ordering. 5 mins before pick up they cancelled and then said it could take up to 7 days for a refund. Left us marooned away from nursing home. MTS don't care. They should be held accountable for shocking service. Your reply is a different excuse than your cancellation email. You had the addresses at booking. You stated :- Unfortunately we have had to cancel your booking due to a shortage of cars and drivers at that time. Stop lying."
