"I contacted Galahad 2 years ago and they assured me they could help me so I signed onto an 18 month contract of payments so they had time to complete all the necessary work. During the 18 months I only received 2 or 3 updates from them on the work they were undertaking and the progress. Its now 9 months after my contract ended, and despite numerous attempts to get a final report and any information on the work they completed for me I'm just fobbed off with excuses such as "the person in charge of your case left, it seemed nobody picked this up after their departure" and "we have a lot of people on annual leave, you are a priority and we will have the information shortly." It's got to a point now where I amlooking at taking action against them"

"Ok service but very poor communication. I didn’t have a lot of contact with them on the whole. I tried ringing them but couldn’t get through and I’ve been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for a reply from both of my emails, despite getting an automated email back saying they will answer within 5 days. They didn’t keep me very well informed and I just never really knew where I was with my case."

What makes it even more annoying is that I see Galahad & Co's ads on Instagram on a regular basis, so it would appear they are hungry for new customers, but don't bother to respond to their existing clients. Very disturbing as my debt is impacting on my quality of life and just to be further messed around by a company who claims they can help, well it's just unethical."
