Sadly we lost our dog last month but today I got a piece of him that will be with me forever. I recently stayed here for my friends birthday, the Guest Relations Manager was super accommodating and helped me setup my room for my friends birthday. She even kindly left a birthday card and small cake for my friend, thank you Viktorija. Exceptional 5 star service from all staff right from checking in right up until checking out and leaving the hotel. This was definitely a 5 star experience for myself and the welcome received from all staff was amazing. We had a small issue where our heating in the room was not working however the hotel accommodated promptly with a portable heater. Spa was also so beautiful and the overall look of the hotel is so aesthetically pleasing! 100% recommend this hotel, I don’t think I will book anywhere else now, it’s going to be my go to 5 star hotel. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you to all staff at The Edwardian this hotel is beautiful!!!!”

“Stayed for a few nights, service from the staff was outstanding, I have very rarely seen such a feindly and dedicated bunch of people. I had a minor heath issue with my wife while staying and the female on duty in the early hours of the morning was outstanding arrange taxi, making sure my wife was OK and supplying advice. This person went out of her way the next day to check up on my wife to ensure she was OK. The young staff working in the dinning area were so helpful and friendly. All staff went out of there way to help and make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel as a 5 star accommodation.”

“One of the best Turkish restaurant in the area. Beautiful seating hall. The seating area is very big but it was even on Wednesday afternoon. But we didn't have to wait. The food was absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are big. Other than Hummas everything was so delicious. I won't recommend Hummas from this place. Very friendly and polite staff. And service was fast as well. No dedicated parking”

“I would recommend the comedy store any day of the week. Staff were pleasant . Place was clean and tidy and in a prime location near to other events in the heart of Manchester. Its quite a large venue which could seat around 200 people as an estimate. maybe they offer to hire out the venue? i dont know but its worth mentioning. Would be back very soon. House beer was great!! Enjoy it!!!!”
