"When I arrived mid afternoon, without an appointment, but with a huge nail sticking out of my tyre there were 16 other drivers (with appointments) ahead of me. The manager was obviously very busy but said I could leave my car and it would be dealt with. Manager phoned me a couple of hours later to say my car was ready to be collected. I was unable to collect it that evening, so my car was safely locked away overnight and I collected it the following morning."
