"Absolute shocking service. I would give them negative rating if I could. Collected my TV for repair which they diagnosed as a faulty power unit, they returned it with a cracked screen. Told them to take it back until it was repaired by the damage occurred by them. Refused to leave my house without signing the delivery note. Now battling the warranty company to sort them out. I feel like I've been mugged. Worst yet, they posted a power brock the following week. Absolutely fuming. You need to have accountability."

"Good people and service. Clement was really helpful in taking delivery of my tv and dropping it off. Repair was done well. Unfortunately the new screen that samsung sent them still has light bleed issues, but is slightly better than before. Not Fix a Gadgets fault. Only slight negative, is that it's clear on the back of the tv, where the housing was prised off to replace the screen."
