"I purchased a pair of carbon brushes for my Numatic Henry vacuum cleaner from their Amazon marketplace known as Aspares. When I opened the package I found one of the brushes significantly shorter than the other, by about 1cm as shown in the first photo. When I reported this to Aspares, their first response was that the "coal" (sic) was not pulled out, and they asked me to pull it out. So I sent another photo showing the contact surface was concave and clear signs of wear as if previously used. Their reply was quote: "Hundreds of cargoes come out every day and we send the products to our customers without opening their packages." So they just send out any old rubbish without any quality check, and then make you prove that the part was faulty. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for wasting my time and causing me lots of inconvenience. Steer well clear of these dodgy people."
