"Nice, big, airy building. There's a nice outdoor area, which was being tended to while we were there (though it was a bit cold for us to take advantage of it!) There's a lovely 'fireplace' behind glass, in the centre of the space, which we sat next to. Service and food was very good."
"Popped in for lunch. I had the vegi burger which came with chips and onion rings with a hot drink. Had a few latte refills so really good value. Although a Saturday waitress was really lovely and chilled. Had a booth which we moved from as a family came in and waitress thanked us as the children were looking forward to a booth."
"Quiet little whether spoons, come here quite often and it's never too busy or crowded. Most of my visits are to get a bite to eat, so I will be focusing on that element. The nine arches have a food menu, common to most pubs, burgers, steaks, breakfasts. They do healthier options, such as jacket potatoes and salads. Food allergies and intolerances are clearly marked on the menu Most meals come with a drink option, extra if it's alcohol. They also have themed/club days where they offer discounts on specific meals, depending on the day. Ordering is like most other places theses days, direct from the bar or using the whetherspoons app. Today we tried the app. It was very straight forward, order from a menu, select your table and pay, but you must sign up/create an account first. On today's visit, we ordered two breakfast wraps via the app. The order went straight through, and service didn't take too long, around 10mins. Overall, yet a simple bite to eat, it was good, really hit the spot. Overall, other then parking, no real faults found. Staff were polite throughout the experience, environment was very warm and cosy, especially on a cold November morning. Not too busy or noisy. Good experience, our pit stop before we carried on for the rest with the rest of our day. Wi-fi is available. - family friendly"
"Modern and spacious, the nine arches has plenty of inside and outside dining. Love coming here for breakfast. Always hot and tasty and great service. Nice and clean and toilets well looked after."
