"Order off here regularly when in Newton visiting relatives. Always had good food and good delivery. Phoned up with our order and was told it would be 1 hour. No problem at all so we waited. 1 hour and 45mins later it eventually turned up. No apology given just food handed over and delivery man hurried off. Opened our order and half of it was completely wrong. By this stage we were fuming. Contacted them back again for them to say that's what we ordered. Obviously trying it on with us as the order contained items we never asked for. Food was also a third of the normal size and lukewarm. We will never order again from here and now we have been told it has been taken over it all makes sense. The younger lad who usually took the orders was a pleasure to deal with but looks like he has gone. Mores the pity as he never got our orders wrong and never gave us lukewarm food. We suggest to the owner that if you cannot keep up the standards of the old Newton Pizza then you will go bust. Your reviews are going downhill very quickly and word spreads. Such a shame as this was the best place for pizzas in the town."
