"Do not buy anything from this company because if you have a problem you will encounter truly awful customer service. They have not returned the earbuds that I sent to them on the advice of Oneplus for replacement. Not only is their customer service rubbish but they also lose or steal your product. This company should not be in business."

"I wish I read these reviews first. Two weeks since ordering and no contact since the confirmation of sale email saying delivery in 6-8 working days. No response to emails and the phone number connects to a looped message with no option to speak to anyone or leave message."

"I ordered a Fire TV stick which arrived after 7 business days. This was within the timeframe provided, but the item sent was an international version with a used adapter. The product description section should clearly state that it's a UK edition. I understand that many people aren't concerned about it, but I think it should be noted. I then attempted to contact customer service to return the item since I did not want an international version. Getting in touch with them is not possible due to bounced emails, unreachable phone numbers, and faulty contact forms. I am in the process of filing a complaint with Trading Standards so that others can be protected from misleading information provided by this company."
