They have not returned the earbuds that I sent to them on the advice of Oneplus for replacement. Not only is their customer service rubbish but they also lose or steal your product. "I ordered a Fire TV stick which arrived after 7 business days. This was within the timeframe provided, but the item sent was an international version with a used adapter. The product description section should clearly state that it's a UK edition. I understand that many people aren't concerned about it, but I think it should be noted. I then attempted to contact customer service to return the item since I did not want an international version. Getting in touch with them is not possible due to bounced emails, unreachable phone numbers, and faulty contact forms. I am in the process of filing a complaint with Trading Standards so that others can be protected from misleading information provided by this company."
