"Sadly had a horrible experience 3 of the presents bought were faulty for Christmas gifts. Had to reorder on line and pay for delivery on replacements. Then when I tried to take back the assistant manager in the store truly lacked any idea about what good customer service entails- they all are quite young and think need training.Returned partly but then argued about what was a faulty toy. It's not what you expect from a brand of this kind. Very disappointing but times are clearly hard for Menkind. I certainly will never buy from here again."
