"These guys are cowboys don't let them past your threshold they have no regard to health or safety after telling the Owner he had breached cosh and health & safety regulations. Said sue as he has insurance. Funny as this now result in Civil action"
"My fridge shelves and freezer door broke. I got a text saying I should be from 3-6pm at home waiting for their visit to fix. I cancelled plans to be home. They never arrived. I texted asking if they would come eventually and got no answer at all. Very disrespectful with clients."
"Washing machine broke down after many years service, so rather than spend money on repairs, I decided to replace it. Hornsey Appliance Centre were excellent, from initial phone call to installation. They sent an engineer to see if the old one could be repaired, no hard sell, it was my decision to buy a new one. Ordered on Tuesday, was delivered and installed on Wednesday. Space was tight, Hussain and colleague were most helpful in moving fridge freezer to make room. They even advised on treating mould on the walls, above and beyond! I found their pricing to be competitive, especially as it includes delivery, installation, and removal of the old machine. You may find cheaper from bigger stores, but probably not the same personal service. No hesitation in recommending them."
"I've had service from them twice during the pandemic, the first time was mixed (worker wasn't wearing a mask but job was done fast), but the second time was really bad. One of their employees consistently doesn't follow Covid-19 workplace safety regulations and refused to wear masks in my home on the two times he has done work at mine. First time was an appliance delivery, which was quick so tolerable for 5 mins. The second time, he came with a mask with a vent (not safe for others) and it wasn't over his mouth and nose. I offered him one of my new surgical masks, which he took and wore for a few minutes but he removed once inside my flat and when I left the room. When I asked him to put it back over his nose and mouth, he became aggressive towards me and tried to explain that Covid is only spread by sneezing (which is false). I had to ask him to leave without completing the installation and discovered later that he didn't even reconnect my existing fan that he disconnected, so I was without any kitchen exhaust fan for two weeks. Although the company has my phone number, they never attempted to apologise to me and they pressured my estate agency to force me retract this honest review. This was unprofessional, unsafe, and discourteous. I am still waiting for an apology from them for the unnecessary health risk I was exposed to from their employee in my home."
"Amazing job they are the best in their field. When deciding on white goods they will help you and guide you to the best brands. Even the delivery was the best of all fast and prompt. The whole team is amazing"
