"I brought a new tv from here, i brought it on the finance option, I was told i would get a text before delivery. 1 week later i didn't hear anything. I went to the store, they told me no delivery had been arranged. I then was told the tv had increased in price. after speaking to the manager the issue was resolved and the TV was delivered the next day. Not great service"

"The store is located in a good place with free parking inside the store there is a variety of stock available but always check online before you leave your house it makes it easy. I was interested in more camera accessories like lights, lenses and triggers but still not available to the high standard overall every curry has similarity"

"The assistant was great and very patient even though 2 of the items(fridge freezer)we wanted wasn't in stock..he checked online if anyone else had it in stock but not lucky. He went online until we actually did see one that we liked which will be delivered soon. He was very helpful."

"Very very bad and disappointing customer service , went there today to buy and oven and knew which one I wanted so I waited for over 30 minutes to get help from the staff and still didn’t , there was only one staff and seems like she was only “helping” one of the customers and talking to them for a long time just talking not helping the customer . I wasn’t offered any help at all so then I asked one of the staff downstairs if there is anybody else working upstairs as I needed help. He told me he will try to send somebody then I still waited for a long time. I saw many of the staff downstairs doing nothing but not offering any help. I had absolutely no help from no one so then I left . I told the man downstairs that the service is bad then he just started laughing."
