"This is a small pharmacy part of Lloyds, located inside Sainsbury's. There can be a queue to wait. There are usually a couple chairs here that you can sit on to wait. They are always happy to be of service and help you with a smile. Definitely a great pharmacy."
"Used to be really good but has rapidly gone down hill in the last 12 months. Seems understaffed and the few staff who are there look miserable and stressed. Can take a week, sometimes more for a prescription to be ready. Hardly anyone answers the phone. Terrible new computer system means you can't order a repeat directly. prescription."
"Terrible service. I requested my prescription a week prior and called to see if it was ready to collect. After 11 minutes on the call they took my number and said they would call me. After 5 hours in work noone called me. I called 10 times with no answer. I went to the pharmacy and waited in a que of 5 people. Had given my surname 3 time to be told after 20 minutes my prescription was not in stock anyway. The counter housekeeping was horrendous, boxes and boxes everywhere everything on the floor. They released my prescription and I went to a boots pharmacy. Will never use this pharmacy again."
