Sort it someone before someone's life at risk"

"This branch is hopeless. Told prescription has been sent off on Thursday (Repeat put in at the Drs Mon) site to be made up and would be in Friday afternoon. It has not come in with the order and will not be in till Monday. After completing they can make it up in the shop from stock they are carrying. Why send it off site to be made up."

"Unprofessional behaviour and they start fighting with you if you realised them their mistakes. They don't care about your illness or importance of medication."
