"A 60yo customer of yours has been threatened down the backs for a fight by a member of your staff. Parked up in his car, blocking the road with his engine running and didn't realise your customer wanted to pass as he was sat using his mobile phone. Horrible, disgusting boy and has bad anger management and to think he is supplying medication to the old and vulnerable."
