"This is the worst chemist I have had to use. Mum and Dad have to have their prescriptions done there so when phoning to see where they are is a joke. It wants shutting down. I phoned 17 times and still couldn't get through. Do yourself a favour and headache find somewhere else."

I understand they are busy but really needed to speak to someone. It’s now going to be 3 days before they are open again due to bank holiday, so maybe if they are that busy they need to employ someone to answer the phone."
