Not my usual chemist, but went in as I was passing with a prescription for my mother and straight away the lady behind the counter (think her name was Fiona) suggested a generic brand and saved us at least a fiver and was so helpful and kind. Went in again a few weeks later and this time a lady (Kate?) gave me great advice on two separate products. Well done and keep up the great customer service! Will be back again soon :)"
