"I had my orange bleached hair transformed into a ashy brown colour ombre affect. Simran and her staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was homely. Salon was clean and hygienic. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for plus this hair colour will last upto a year. I will definitely go back for roots etc rather than using box dyes. I am extremely happy with the end result and have had a-lot of compliments. Thanks Simran and Jaya."

"Made a deposit to “SECURE” of £50 and arranged an appointment a month and a half prior to booking. I was told to “pop in” 48 hrs before to get a patch test. I made a mistake and forgot to get patch tested. I contacted the hairdresser to ask what to do; if it can be re-arranged. She responded with she is not available till February and i will have to put down another desposit if I still wanted another appointment due to the “big inconvenience“ i had caused. A huge loss in her business yet she was quick to post the available slot and give it away to another customer and make her money. I could “pop in” whenever I wanted to get patch tested yet, I have to pay another fee for a booking and wait another month as she is fully booked and busy?? Not a huge loss I guess, atleast I didn’t waste any more money when i got there."

She got my hair exactly the colour I wanted it and had my hair feeling healthier than ever afterwards! Could not recommend her enough."

"Symran did a great job of colouring my hair! She got the colour exactly right and knew what I wanted. However, the cut was awful, she just pulled my hair forward chopped the ends and pulled it all back. She didn’t check to see if it was even at all. Unfortunately because of that it’s unlikely that I’ll be getting my hair done here again but if you’re just going for hair colouring she is very skilled and talented!"
