"Worst place ever. I waited over 30 minutes to do my eyebrows. A lady offered to do my eyebrows but she was told not to by her manager. I waited and waited with my 18 month old son who wouldn’t settle after waiting for so long. She then told me that it’s appointments only which is nowhere near advertised anywhere. And then told me not to bring my son as they don’t settle. How do you expect him settle after waiting for so long ? And she did not even apologise. Also her colleague burnt two peoples faces while waxing and she tried denying that also. Would not recommend. Not a friendly environment and definitely not child friendly."
