"I’m honestly so disappointed, i was recommended this salon and recently went to get my hair dyed, I showed the girl doing my hair reference photos and she said it would be hard to do and it wouldn’t look completely the same but she can get it to look similar, and i appreciated that because i had box dyed my hair a while before that, but she gave me something completely different to what i asked for, i asked for a full head of colour and she gave me highlights, fried my hair and i had to once again do my hair myself at home. I didn’t complain because i felt bad (the girl doing my hair was really nice) but i’m really upset."
