"Awful building with disgusting rude management. Locked out of the building all night in the freezing cold by the staff who’s intercom has been broken over a month and didn't answer their out of hours numbers. Their response is simply ‘it isn't our responsibility’ says it all"

"The Green Rooms is an excellent place in the heart and soul of MediaCityUk. The residents are friendly and the place is exactly as advertised. Modern furnishing and very clean. It has an amazing view of the Salford Quays River and it’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops as well as a 4-minute walk to the Tram station. The concierges are very friendly and attentive. Avril and Grace are truly exceptional people. They will always quickly resolve any issue we might have. My wife and I got this place after a few apartment disappointments and frankly we don’t see ourselves leaving anytime soon."

"We are very happy living and working in the Green Rooms. The reception area is modern, inviting and welcoming. Love the mural painted by a local artist. Really like how the postboxes break up the space and create spaces for residents to sit/work/socialise. The gym is an excellent facility and well maintained by management and the fab cleaning team. The viewing room overlooking the water is beautiful, such a lovely place to sit and the light in the evening is great when the sun sets. The apartments themselves are high quality finish, much better than others locally in a similar price bracket. The walls are nice and thick, we barely hear our neighbours. The Green Rooms team are so lovely and welcoming, they have been incredibly kind to us and our four legged friend. Thank you for everything."

"Moved in on the 1st of July and have loved every second of it, the rooms are beautifully furnished with great amenities all around. Tram is a short 3 minute walk so it's perfect for rolling out of bed into work. The staff are also lovely and a great help, shout out to Jess and Delaney who made the whole process much more welcoming. Would definitely recommend an apartment here, great community and location."
