"The experience I got from here is by far the most horrible. My bf came visiting and stayed here. Firstly, the heating in the bedroom was not functioning and nothing was done about it, we requested to be moved to another apartment and never heard back from them. I had to provide my bf with an electric heater as there is no way we were gonna stay there in the cold. The second day, the maintenance guy was called to fix the heating after lots of back and forth (which was done). We went out in the evening and came back only to discover the electric heating I provided was missing, and my bf laptop was gone as well. We made a complaint at the reception no one knew where the heater or the laptop was. We went back into the apartment and the laptop magically reappeared, I do not know who took it, but I believe whoever took it had access to the building and was aware we were looking for the laptop and rushed back to put it back. The door was unlocked when we got there. Some of the staffs are really rude, zero customer service, zero security like anyone could enter the apartment and take your stuff, everything zero. They do not even deserve the one star given."
