"Visited at the turn of the year and was provided with excellent service! Was greeted by a very polite gentlemen named mason. He was very calm, helpful and polite and was more than happy to assist me in trying on several pairs of shoes. After trying on an 8 and an 8.5 I realised I was a 9 in these shoes and when mason said sorry we are out of stock 9 he told me there was a option to have the shoes delivered for me which he then sorted out quickly and efficiently."

"Purchased some school shoes here and was helped immediately by Arjun, a lovely young man with a smile on his face and jumping to provide a good service. Immediately identified what we required and brought all the available options. Was in and out in no time. Many thanks to Arjun for today."

"Today i talked to a lady (who was very kind and tried to be helpful) and with Paul, who I assume is the manager. Paul has been rude and not helpful and waisted 1h 15 mins of my time. I was told I have to return the product to the exact shop I bought it from, bc my credit card got replaced with a new one and they can t refund me to the replacement card. that s a 2h journey one way. I was told the transaction needs to be validated by the original shop. I called the shop i bought it from and they said they never heard of this requirement. The funny thing is that the westfield shop did offer a voucher for the full value, just not the refund to my credit card. did they want me to in fact buy something else instead of giving me a refund? in the end paul did approve a refund. he also suggested, i.e. stated that i lied when i told him i called the other shop and was instructed by its manager and customer service to return to his shop and ask for a refund. Maybe it was someone else in the shop, not the manager, who I talked to. They checked with someone more senior, who i assumed was the manager. even so, perhaps Paul should learn to be a bit more respectful."
