“Visited the store on a few occasions. By the end of it, leaving with my first 1 piece leather suit, boots and gloves. Needed a bit of altering on the suit and they couldn’t have recommended anyone better for the job! They helped me every step of the way, no hesitation with answering endless questions and more than willing to help. They have a very welcoming team with huge knowledge and patience. The store is also incredible! Must be the best in London!! They have lockers for your helmet, great changing rooms, upstairs and downstairs and a bike to sit on and test the comfort of your gear. Recently had my first experience on track and the gear I purchased from Dainese has just been amazingly comfortable, so really happy with that! Many thanks to Dale and Tomasz. Helpful,polite and friendly, took the trouble to help us thoroughly, making sure we were happy with our purchase, the fit, style and colour of the shoes. Top quality all leather brogues, even offering a re soling service upon request. Assistant was extremely knowledgeable, measuring ones foot correctly and presenting different sizes without complaint. Not pretentious as some can be- made to feel welcome and valued. Extremely well made footwear , we are very pleased indeed and will return for further colours in the same style. Most comfortable well fitting shoes we have purchased for my sons awkward shaped feet! Very thoughtful assistant even polished them for us before expertly packing them in the stylish box. Five star service and products, well worth the money spent.”

“Update: Best shoes I ever bought, my third pair now and the only one shoes I wear for the last two years everywhere around the world and at home. Love it! I went there many times before making the decision to buy one of their vegan shoes. Every time I was well looked after, mainly by Agnieszka and Camil. The shop is great to try the shoes however it would be nice I think to have a sort of different type or ground to see how the shoes feel on different ground, like in trek shops. I just bought the shoe yesterday so I will update on my experience another time. But I was happy with the service.”

“My elderly Mum used to love this shop until her upsetting experience this week. She bought some shoes and the Peter John Staff offered to take the box. Mum agreed to this. However she decided that the shoes were unsuitable and tried to return them for a refund. The shop refused, despite the shoes being brand new and with a receipt because she no longer had the box. She feels misled and I wonder why on earth she was not advised of the consequences at the time of purchase? I have called , left messages and e mailed without the courtesy of a response Breaking News Just spoken to charming manager who has sorted out the problem Looks like Mum will be returning to his store and I may even try them out myself Thanks!”
