"Great location and very fancy when you go in. I was on the 14th floor. Very quiet room but the bed was so soft it was like jumping into a water bed. The air con was loud all night and kept coming back on and when I tried using it to heat the freezing cold room it only blew loudly into the hallway! Brekkie was bog standard but good enough"

"Cannot fault this place. Room was perfect, spotless and had everything we needed - including an iron, hairdryer plus extras like bath robes. Breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of choice and fresh made. We had room on the 16th floor so night time was just beautiful. Nothing was a problem for staff who were chatty and friendly even when it was super busy. Would most definitely stay here again."
