"My boyfriend and I came to stop here for the Panic! At the disco concert, and for the price these rooms are lovely! They’re small and did the job of giving us a place to stay. But the rooms were tidy, the bed was super comfy (the duvet and pillows are feathers tho, good to keep in mind for allergies). Late check out is a £15 charge but the owners are super understanding and I explained that we’d be checking out late and why as well as asking for details to send the money to and they did it straight away with no massive pressure to get out straight away. 10/10 recommend for short stays in Manchester"

"There is only parking for 2 cars and when I arrived there were 2 vehicles in front of the place so I parked round the back. The rooms do not look like the images shown on the website. Rooms were small, and the bathroom door kept getting stuck."

"We stayed here as we were going to the AO arena. We walked to the arena and got a taxi back. Tha taxi was £6.40. The room was airy and clean. We had a problem with the TV and the gentleman went above and beyond to try and sort it for us. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We will certainly be staying next time were in Manchester."

"Room was a bit small, but was clean and provided nice towels. Nice place to stay for a night if you need a bed. Bus to the city center is just outside the door."

"Very very bad experience. Dirty rooms . Dirty duvet and pillow covers. No hot water in taps . There is no proper curtains all day light coming in . Heating is not working just like i step in to a freezer its December . Please do not waste your money here . Rooms are very small just like box room. I asked them i need to refund so i can book some where else and they simply refused to refund me i only stayed 30 mints in this hotel when i came in i asked them that room is cold every 5 mints they tell me that give us 5 mints we will fix it but nothing .."
