"Firstly, I cannot comphrehend how Whitley Road Surgery has bad reviews, I am in utter shock. From my only personal experience I have been at this surgery since I was born 27 years ago. As a frequent user of the doctors surgery, they have been nothing but gentle, professional and calm with myself. I want to thank Dr Gordon, Dr Myerscough, Dr Mansoor, they are all very lovely human beings, caring and you can tell by how they speak to you that they care deeply about their profession and helping others. This is important when working in a role like this dealing with peoples health. I also want to thank Karen and all those behind the reception desk, especially the young gentleman who goes out of his way to ensure you have everything in place and always gives a warm welcome. The online triage form is easy to use (I am dyslexic and if I ever have any problems I just ring up, always waiting under a minute for the phone to be answered. I appreciate Whitley road and all whom work there, I feel as if they deserve more recognition. I always go out of my way to ring up and leave good reviews on experiences with doctors. Whitley road are a god-send. The help and support I’ve been given is untrue and I have them to thank for it! Thank you Whitley road."

"The doctors are decent but the general staff is careless. I never made to any scheduled appointments without having to wait, upto 35 mins in some cases. The staff doesn't even bother to update the patients while they wait. Most of the front staff work as if they are doing a favor rather than performing the duties. Really aweful."
