I was supposed to get a call from doctor before 12 am which was not soon enough for baby anyway, Did not get any call till 12.30 pm then call again and said they leave a message and doctor will call immediately, Still no call till 1:45 and heard same story which doctor will call in 5 min. and still no call IS IT NOT BETTER TO SAY WE DONT CARE ABOUT YOU BABY ABD WE CALL WHENEVER DOCTOR WANTS ???? Absolutely Terrible (Do not Relay to these people if you got Child) THEY DONT CARE AT ALL"
"It's no worse than most other GP's out there. I would have changed GP's years ago but but a quick search will reveal that other surgeries have many more angry bad reviews than this one. On the positive side, the staff try to be friendly and helpful. They pick up the phone quite quickly. You can usually get an appointment. The doctors themselves and the nurse are doing their best but usually seem very rushed. On the negative, expect the admin to be bad. My mother was waiting for an eye operation and every time I called the surgery they claimed that they were waiting for the hospital to contact them. After a few months I asked for the contact number of the hospital so that I could complain directly about the wait. The hospital informed me that they had offered several appointments but the clinic had not responded. The emails had been ignored. I don't blame the staff but I do blame the management for not hiring enough staff, not giving enough training and not having good procedures in place. So overall, not great, but the staff are trying their best. Expect things to go wrong but don't get angry with them and they will do their best to put things right as soon as you tell them what's gone wrong."
"Karen Atkinson the nurse is one of the most tentative caring individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. My mother had a stroke and as a follow up we went to see the nurse Karen she could not have been more helpful caring and reassuring she treated us impeccably and delivered the best care we could have wished for i cannot thank her enough ❤"
"Horrific experience. After waiting 45 minutes for my appointment to begin, the ENT doctor barely introduced himself and proceeded to stick a camera down my nostrils and throat with seemingly no concern for my discomfort. I explained that my tonsils were causing me to struggle to breathe at times because they are enlarged, so he had a look. He then checked my nose and asked some questions and declared that there wasn't a problem. Not sure how "I struggle to breathe sometimes" isn't a problem, but he didn't seem to care either way. He also asked to feel my tonsils with his hands (he did put gloves on!) and did not remove his fingers from my mouth even when I was gagging and holding my hand up to try and signify that I needed a break. The appointment only lasted for 10 minutes but I came out of it crying and feeling belittled, violated, and infuriated."
