"I was shopping in watford store today. A store assistant ( young lady) was literally said F- to me in front of every customers in the shop. It is shocking! I have to ask for another sales assistant to replace her. Basically I need to find a pair of white trainers for work, she was serving me at beginning, she went to the back room, searching for shoes in size 4, after 20-30 mins waiting, nobody came back with a search result. The I looked around and noticed that she came out already, she was standing near the entrance, doing nothing. So I called her back, asked ~ where is my shores. She looked at me and said F- loudly. I was shocked. Then she told me: there is no size 4. I told her, at least you can tell me. Then she replied: what do you want me to do. Rather than apologizing. I told her: lady, you have some attitude, I can’t stand it, please ask your colleague to take over. This level of customer service is shocking. I, as a long term customer, is very disappointed. I will never shop in Skechers."

"Unfortunately very rude members of staff when you walk through the door, she instantly judge me when walking through the door. Wouldn't give me any customer service help, I had a go to the manager that was on shift to get to help. The manager help but she was very judgemental as well that put me off buying in the shop. Maybe the other shop would help better"

"I walked into the shop yesterday and was extremely disappointed at the appalling service by the staff which made me walk out! I returned today as I really needed a pair of shoes and was served by a lovely young man called Asad! He was extremely helpful and patient, I was shown a variety of shoes to choose from. Thank you for your great service Asad, you are the only reason I will be returning again"
