Reviews
"I have noticed that the staff ladies are racist. They are nice to white clients (that's where the good reviews come from), but when they see a muslim entering their shop, they start staring and talk really rudely and even ignore questions and serve white clients first. One day I was asking the young lady in the counter for an specific item that I am collecting (rooted-hair ken doll). She told me she didn't get something like that in ages, and warned me that even if it was in stock it would be too expensive for me. Why did she assume that I wouldn't buy the item if it was expensive? I told her I am a doll collector. Colletors dont mind the price of the item they want. She only assumed it because I am muslim and was being racist thinking I am poor. What a bad attitude to have in a charity shop, as you have to deal with both poor and rich people, not only rich people coming into your shop! It's not a Gucci store. Also, they stare rudely at my kids, even when they are just sitting in the pram not touching anything. If you don't like kids of other races apart from yours dont work in a kids charity shop, ladies."
"It has a great variety of second-hand toys; clean, in good condition and affordable prices."
"Always a good selection. Very helpful staff. Always manage to pick up something from there so not so good on my wallet! Keep up the good work!"
"Great charity shop that specialises in kids clothing and toys."
"Good prices and well educated staff. A good toys/books section and boys and girls clothes (most of them up to 6-7 yo). Better to pop in once in a while as they have quite a good and constant turnover."
