"In this shop you are spoil for choices for children's and have to say that today the 06.11.21 ,had an amazing experience with one of the staff called Linda,she was so patience and understanding ,while we were trying so many pairs and no one fits but Linda went way and beyond trying to help us and eventually we have found a pair to match. I was nearly given up but bless her-Linda was amazingly patiently,calm and help us find the right pair of shoes that son loves it. 10 out of 10 for your sale skills and patience,understanding your customer,which in this case was a fussy one ;)) Should be Employee of the Month and other colleagues should follow your example.
