"Items took some time to arrive but this was expected and explained from the outset. However, in trying to obtain a refund, I found the company's service and lack of response extremely dissatisfying. I had to raise a dispute through PayPal to finally get a response and return label from the company. Even after sending it back, I received no refund from the company, but from PayPal who closed the dispute in my favour. Will definitely not be shopping here again and would suggest anyone who does to place orders through a credit card or PayPal to ensure they are covered."

"Ordered a Japanese style tunic/kurta and linen type bottoms after seeing a Moomen ad on insta... and I was not disappointed. The quality of clothing and fit were perfect and not to mention, looked amazing. I was a bit apprehensive at first about ordering from the far east, but delivery took no longer than 2 weeks and I was updated at regular intervals for my reassurance. Highly recommend these guys!"

"I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from this company. Firstly, the order took 4 weeks to deliver and throughout the process I was told it would be there no more than 12days. My emails were also being ignored and I had to email twice to get a reply. Asked for a refund after 3 weeks as my order did not arrive and they completely ignored my request. Very poor company and customer service is shocking as they did not listen to me once. They are still not giving me a refund even though it was been more than 4weeks since my purchase and the items have not arrived. AVOID THIS COMPANY"
