"Used this business many many times always loved their clothes. My sister purchased a £70 gift card from this company as a gift for my son. They shut abruptly shortly after i recieved my gift card. No response via emails or social media. Just stealing loyal customers hard earned money."

"My order has not been dispatched yet after 2 weeks. They have a chat on their website to contact but it actually is linked with WhatsApp with a private number of a lady. I contacted her 3 times. 1st time was before I ordered, to ask about an item, she answered hours later. 2nd and 3rd time I contacted to ask about my order, she just ignored me. I will have to claim a refund via paypal as I don’t even think I will receive my items, I don’t trust this shop at all."

"I've been waiting more than a month for my items to be delivered, after an initial promise that my order would be dispatched within 5 days, they stopped responding to my emails. Incredibly poor customer service and service generally. My advice would be never to shop from them."
