"Disappointing that they don’t listen what costumer want to buy.I saw that they treated people only who spend and don’t approach to help at all.The blonde lady Tila Williams and Deborah…. Bad experience here ."
"Staff seems like forced to work and grumpy or maybe they are nice to fair skinned people and like to help them. Clothes dont seem to be nicely ironed and I wonder why is that because they are not even that busy. one of the girls are always leaned on the cashier like a 5 year old who is bored, thats what you see as soon as you enter. Wasnt even greeted by her, I had to go closer to her for her to notice me. Who employs people at this branch? The manager or supervisor is even worse, she gave both me and my friend a head to toe look before even greeting us. Teach your staff to be kind before giving the job. She also went onto laugh at our face and said something to the other grumpy girl. I feel sorry for them really, stuck in some bad attitude."
"Exceptional customer service from staff and management here. They were very attentive to my needs and I’m extremely pleased with all the items I purchased from their store and online. I had all my clothes altered for a perfect fit and it came back exactly as I had expected. Would highly recommend."
"Rude staff. I ordered a dress online that was supposed to arrive in the shop on a Saturday. I called in the morning and someone said, without even checking, that I had to wait the email with the confirmation number. I waited until the afternoon and called again. This time I was told to call back. After several calls when nobody picked up the phone, I finally managed to talk to someone who confirmed that the dress was there. But it was almost 5 and I don't live nearby. The dress was a surprise for my daughter's birthday, as well as the dinner we were going to, some 70 miles away. Kingston was on our way to the restaurant. We drove to Kingston as fast as I could, after having phoned again to advise them that we might have been there just the minute they were closing, and to wait please. I managed to arrive at the traffic light near the centre 5 minutes before the shop should have shut, so I told my daughters to run there while I was parking. Conclusion: the two shop assistants who were there had already closed and firmly refused to open, even when my daughter told them they had just to collect an order, that we had called and so on. She was told rudely to come back the next day. My daughter said she felt treated like a beggar. So I tried to phone, but nobody picked up the phone. I was furious. Surprise and present ruined. When, after 15 days I went to collect the order, I explained what had happened to the shop assistant, who told me : "Oh, eventually you've got the dress now", without even apologising. She also told me that she wasn't there that day (how could she now?) so I asked to speak with the manager, who, at least, apologised. When you spend some £ 200 for a dress, that should be a present, and a surprise, you imagine a completely different treatment. I believe that the price you pay includes something immaterial, it's a treat and something that you may remember in the future. Well, all of this was completely spoiled and I was very disappointed. So when I saw the dress, full of wrinkles, despite the manager offered to iron it, I saw just a plain normal dress whose cost was extortionate for what it was. And left it there. Sorry Reiss, but never again."
