"Everytime I come in here they’re always so welcoming :) Mustafa the older gentleman is so helpful, so knowledgeable. They never pressure you to buy anything if you’re unsure. Good selection of designer clothes, great sale on at the moment. From the Moncler lady :)"

"Bought some items in their sale online. A week later they further reduced the items. I asked if the price could be matched on the items I hadn’t used and are still in stock, but they refused. So now the items are going back and will be repurchased at a lower price. A shame to waste resources. I’m probably not going to order again given this experience"

"Good selection of designer items. However, no refund. I’m not planning to return anything I bought but their policy is just not right. Why no refund? I don’t know any other shops that have no refund policy, this is so disrespectful for the customer. Also, I feel like all staff members really need to calm down, too much pressure during shopping. I completely understand that the company policy pushes them to approach customers and make sales but this is so annoying. I bought some beautiful items but I was not 100% happy with the overall experience."

"Lovely display of designers and well knowledgeable staff. However as a new customer, I felt very pressured to buy and rather uncomfortable with them following me around and almost pressuring me to buy an item. This was done through staff always making unwanted conversation and implications about the garments that I’ve looked at for 2 seconds. Whist it is more welcoming than their competition next door, Flannels, I didn’t feel very comfortable with walking around and having the time to enjoy the store on my own as I always felt eyes on me or have a sales assistant following me in every corner. I also found there was an unnecessary amount of staff on the main shop floor, more staff than customers in a day probably. If anything this store is a clear example of what high end clothing shouldn’t make customers feel and that is “not good enough” and “pressured to buy”."
