"I went for a consultation, did a strand test and took loads of pictures in. She gave me a set price for the job. Then on the day HALFWAY THROUGH she starts saying if you want it like the photo im going to have to charge you more. And that she doesnt think she can achieve the look. i was fuming. She eventually agreed to stick to the price she quoted but my hair did not look like what it was supposed to. I feel she just lied to get the job. She said she uses olaplex during the quote but my hair was so damaged. When I asked her if she did use it she said no thats extra! Anyway I paid a lot of money to get hair so damaged I ended up cutting most of it off.."
