"I booked to get gel nail polish on my hands through Treatwell and while the nail technician was very lovely and friendly she really damaged my nails because of a lack of attention. When she pushed my cuticles back she did it way too far so multiple nails were bleeding and one kept bleeding constantly as the cut would not close up. Her solution was to seal the opening with glue which has now made the cut crusty and more painful. I was not offered a plaster or any form of compensation and my cuticles and nails are still quite sore to the touch. The actual gel and filing however was perfectly fine."
