“I’ve had semi permanent eyeliner twice before somewhere else and each time it came off straight away. I have only been to Mel once and I’m really happy that it stayed on. I’m due to go back tomorrow for my top up, but it still looks great even from the first session. I’m going to have my eyebrows done and lips next, Mel is very talented and confident at what she does and puts you at ease straightaway - you know you are in capable hands. I had a perm done here and over night the front pieces dropped (no fault of the wonderful stylist, i just have very thick and heavy hair) i went back the next day to purchase some products and the owner insisted on doing my whole head again free of charge.
