"In our opinion the best Indian takeaway in the area and also the best value for money. Have been regulars for a number of years now and sadly not operating at the moment due to a refurbishment. A helpful guy who answered the phone recommended Spice of Lye which was 'ok' just not the same. Hopefully it will be back open again soon."
"I used this place all the time, I used to tell everyone I knew the best place for an Indian takeaway. However now I would never recommend or use flash in the pan again the last 3 meals I've had have had food missing, been late and when we went to collect forgot food as well that we had payed for. The service used to be good now it's some of the worst I've had. Save yourself the trouble of having cold food because you have to keep going to get or getting them to deliver the dishes they forgot. And pay extra delivery charges for there mistake. Just don't go!"
"I brought a lamb curry and naans recently and when i got home i found it to be chicken. And not much of it either. It had vegetables in it i guess to bulk it up. It also lookrd like it had been a chicken tikka -red bits of marinated chicken before being recycled perhaps? It did not taste good at all. I think my order got mixed up. The naans were fine though. Dissapointed."
"Food itself was quite tasty and good portion size however we paid 7.95 for a tandoori king prawn dish and the prawns were not.king prawns at all. Small coldwater prawns and the same in my king prawn massala and they still had tails on in my curry which wasn't very good. Not impressed ."
