Noodle Bath
● Closed39 Monmouth Street, Bath BA1 1EN, United Kingdom“Tried something new (spicy and sour sweet potato noodles with peanuts) and was not disappointed. They were able to make it milder and it was delicious. Will definitely order again. At 5:30pm, whole place was full. Considering only 2 people manning the place, the service was quick!”

Yum Yum Thai Bath
● Closed“We came twice in the same weekend, once Saturday evening and again Sunday afternoon (because it was so good). Everything was delicious and well-portioned, the service was great and they catered to our allergies (dairy and soya) with no issues. From my side this is the best Thai food I’ve ever had (disclaimer: never been to Thailand). Particularly recommend the duck red curry and the chicken sweet and sour spicy soup in coconut milk (both pictured).”

Hondo Sushi
● Closed“Great little restaurant next door to an Asian supermarket...... The food was authentic and very very tasty. I only remembered to take the picture after I crushed the raw egg which was lovely.... Next to me were several people eating Japanese sushi and it all looked very, very appetising and I just wish I had a larger appetite. But certainly this is worth a second trip back.......”

Giggling Squid - Bath
● Closed“Amazing food, I love the giggling squid chain, and a different experience at lunchtime to dinner and I recommend doing both. The main restaurant area is large and open with quirky decor, which makes it a little noisy on a very busy service but it adds to the atmosphere. I had the chicken Satay to start with a sharing plate of pork dumplings. For main I had paneang curry for main with sticky rice with sharing plates including chicken pad Thai, charcoal noodles and sticky chicken which was amazing. Don’t take my word for it, take yourself to one of the chain and you will ditto what I’ve said. PS friends had the squid dishes and they said the battered salted squid was amazing to start. ⭐️”

The Bath Stable
● Closed“First visit and could not have found a more suitable city centre cider bar to enjoy top quality local ciders. There is ample choice of seating inside & outside and a fine array of strong tasty ciders from local independent brewers. I had a pint each of Yellow Hammer & Farmer Jim and was buzzing before 1pm.”

Franco Manca Bath
● Closed“Really good food today. Just walked in. On the off chance, and were seated and eating with about 20 minutes, which is great considering every pizza is made from scratch in front of you. Had a couple of really nice pizzas, potato on a pizza is a new one to me and it will be a favourite from now on. Service was excellent, helpful but not in your face. Really good no alcohol beer, as well. Highly recommended.”

-
Zizzi - Bath
● Closed“An Italian chain restaurant. I was concerned that the food may be mediocre but I was wrong. The food was very good and I think that the amount of people trying to get a table without booking was testament to it's popularity. It was very busy. The food was well presented and served hot, the staff were friendly and attentive. Zizzi is in a prime spot opposite the theatre where the area seems to have it's own vibe.”

After a long day of touring, we were ready for a good & hearty meal off of a menu dishes that us Americans were able to understand and recognize. The food was fresh, hot, and all of it was delicious between 4 of us. We had appetizers, pizza, soup, pasta dishes, desserts, & cocktails and were very pleased with it all. Service was outstanding, atmosphere was very nice also. Highly recommend.”

Not knowing much about tea, we appreciated all of the information shared with us, the tea recommendations and beautiful preparations. Clayton's Kitchen
● Closed“Excellent food here! I had the crab, fillet of beef, and sticky toffee pudding, all were fantastic. Martini’s are ok, I expected some higher quality gin for a place like this though. If you get two drinks and three courses expect to spend over £100. Very dog friendly restaurant as well.”
