"My opinion on the chain as a whole is very mediocre. However, I have to point out that the bath restaurant was the best experience I have had at one. The food was cooked and served a lot faster than usual, during a busy time of the day, and there was no sacrifice made to customer service in order to achieve that. The staff were friendly and attentive despite working in a fast and effective manner. The food itself was standard to a normal wagamama's experience. Decent quality and fairly flavourful. Asian cuisine adapted to their own style is hit and miss but seems to be praised by most. Presentation of the food is always good, and the aroma of the place is likely to make you feel hungry and excited to eat. If you're looking for an averagely priced place that won't disappoint then I recommend having lunch here."

"I love everything wagamama and I really appreciate their attempt to move more towards plantbased food. The bathroom is really not clean which isn’t very nice and the queue to get a table was long even though they had plenty of empty tables (I’m assuming kitchen capacity limits that?) but other than that, the food and service are great!"
