We had no idea which was the best item to choose for a dog pulling, Kimberley spent time with us and our dog Bohdi, nothing was too much trouble, and we came away with more knowledge and a happier, safer dog. “Knowing that Vicky is walking Bella gives me the reassurance that not only is she in safe hands but she’s having a great time too! So pleased we found Play and Walkies for the one day a week we need help but Vicky is also very flexible and has helped us out when extra cover is needed on more than one occasion. From the initial puppy visits to the socialising and playing with other dogs Bella has loved Vicky and you can tell that Vicky loves all ‘her’ dogs too! It’s also lovely to see the regular Facebook posts to show what a great time they’re having, a really caring extra touch.”

“Pet Sitters have recently cared for our two cats for 7 days and the service was fantastic. Our cats are very young and this was the first time we had left them for such a long period. Martin who cared for our cats clearly understands how all animals have different personalities and really listened to our details of their different behaviours. I would highly recommend this service. Martin visited twice a day to check on our cats, feed them and provided some companionship.”

“Very impressed by the care provided by Pam for my elderly Labrador. Visited and let Skye out on two occasions. Also feeding her and checking on food consumption to ensure dietary needs were fully met. As the owner felt very reassured. Will certainly ask Pam to care for my dog again when needed. “My cockapoo had a smashing groom here. The team asked lots of good questions about the kind of cut required, including what activities the dog did, etc. to make sure she got the right cut. My dog was so happy when I collected her she clearly enjoyed the pamper. Staff were all friendly and clearly love what they do.”

“Little shop big help.... Can't praise them enough brought gas fire but when I got it home it was not lighting took it back and they kept hold of it whilst I went about my day and they got it working but when I took it home it was not working but called them and they sent someone out to me found out it was my gas bottle and they changed it over there and then!! Fantastic service and the people working there was so polite. Full rating from me”

“I had a huge shock recently when my 6 year old husky was diagnosed with terminal cancer and had to be put to sleep. I absolutely can nor fault Abbotswood Vets for the compassion and dignity they showed both myself and my baby when we really needed it. They made her transition peaceful, painless and quick and I'll be forever grateful for them making the worst day a bit more bearable. Thank you so much.”

“Me and my mum have used rowe vets for 23years and counting, weve never had any issues. all the staff are lovely and friendly and know what there on about all my dogs have enjoyed going to the vets, they really get excited about it. But what gives these guys 5 stars for me is how they handled everything when we had to say goodbye to our old girly in March, the staff were amazing I mean really brilliant, they made poppy a bed so she was comfortable and they didn't rush us at all, they went over all the options in detail so we could really make the best choice, told us not to worry about money that day and worry about it another time, we must of been sat in there nearly 2 hours sharing memories about poppy and so on, the staff seriously made it as easy as possible for us, we can't thank you enough for everything you did that day and for helping us fill out the paperwork as we was such a mess we could barely pick up the pen. Il always go to rowe ❤️”

“Kelly is the only dog groomer I will use for my yorkiepoo. Perfect cut every time and he smells gorgeous for a good week after each groom. Kelly listens to how I’d like the groom and is fantastic at doing teddy bear legs. Highly recommend!”

“This place has been turned around since it was taken over by Hollie and her team. It is just a lovely place to be now, with a warm and friendly atmosphere, great decor, and clean and smart rooms. The staff are always friendly and up for a laugh, and the food is spot on - what more could you want from a local? :)”

“Shopping with ease at tesco. the scanner is the best thing since sliced bread . Pick, scan, pack, pay, leave. What's not to like? Then go upstairs for a coffee. The staff are always very helpful and there are lots of choices of coffee and tasty snacks and neals”

“I go to boots twice a week, great end of line sales. The only problem I have is the pharmacy. I collect medication twice a week,my prescriptions are sent days before i pick up.on the day my stuff is never ready,then I get staff lieing trying to cover there backs,it's a tad stupid”
