"This has happened to us time and again. Order hot food - breakfast, brunch, lunch - always nicely cooked, but always, it seems, served on cold plates!! It's then a race against time to eat the food before it goes cold. I can't stand cold fried eggs!! It's getting to the point where we may have to eat - and shop - elsewhere. PLEASE - sort this very careless behaviour!!"
