“Called in this morning, found two pairs of shoes I liked, asked for help with different sizes, assistant Susan totally brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, several pairs of shoes brought out, and all done with a cheerful manner. My only complaint - it took me ages to find where I could write a review! Perhaps include a link on receipts?”

He’s taken his time with us, made sure to give us great advice and to check that all parameters were in place for us to chose the right shoes. Really great to see that helping people like him are still on the shops. I’m a 34 y old father and the gain in time and efficiency was super important for me. Didn’t have the one I wanted but shoutout to Nicole working in Menswear she was brilliant at sorting me out, checking the stock both in the back of the store and at local stores in Somerset; and then getting one ordered for pick up at Cabot Circus branch tomorrow, where I’m already booked for lunch - so it all worked out. Nicole was extremely customer focussed, efficient and overall an excellent ambassador for the Next brand. I hope the manager see this and takes note - credit where credit is due in my book.”
